Fujian Star-Net Communication was established in 1996, with a registered capital of $13 million and more than 4,000 employees, as a joint venture with the Fujian Province Electronic Information Group. Our mobile phones and public payphones are used by the top telecom operators in mainland China - China Mobile and China Unicom - taking up 40 percent of the market share.
